Signs You Are Under Spiritual Attack — And What To Do

Not everything that goes wrong is bad luck. There is a point at which the pattern becomes too consistent, too targeted, too strange to dismiss. When that point arrives, the question is no longer whether something is happening — it is what, and how to stop it.

What Is Spiritual Attack?

Spiritual attack is the directed or undirected influence of hostile spiritual energy against a person's life, health, relationships, or fortune. It can come from several sources:

• Deliberate cursework — someone has performed a ritual, hex, or binding against you intentionally
• The evil eye — intense envy or malicious attention directed at you, often unconsciously
• Spiritual parasites — entities that attach to a person's energy field and feed from it
• Residual cursework — inherited spiritual interference passed down through family lines
• Poorly conducted ritual work — your own or someone else's, leaving openings

• Persistent unexplained fatigue — sleeping enough but waking exhausted
• Sudden illness without explanation — particularly recurring infections or headaches
• Unexplained marks — bruising or scratches that appear overnight with no physical cause

• Intrusive thoughts that feel foreign — not your own voice
• Sudden irrational fear or paranoia without external trigger
• Personality shifts noticed by people who know you
• Mental fog — difficulty concentrating, feeling disconnected from your own life

• Sudden financial collapse — money disappearing, deals falling through in sequence
• Relationship breakdown — close relationships deteriorating rapidly without clear cause
• Repeated accidents and near-misses — a pattern across different areas of life
• Technology and mechanical failures clustering — electronics breaking in unusual frequency
• Animals behaving strangely around you — particularly dogs

Bad luck is random and dispersed. Attack has a pattern — it concentrates in specific areas of your life, and it does not respond to normal practical solutions.

How To Tell The Difference Between Bad Luck and Attack

Ask yourself: Did this begin after a specific conflict, breakup, or business dispute? Is it concentrated in one or two areas of life? Have I been involved in any occult work? Do I have enemies with known interest in occult practice? Does it feel different from normal difficulty — heavier, more personal, more relentless?

If you answer yes to two or more of these, spiritual interference is a serious possibility.

What To Do — Immediate Steps

• Salt. Coarse sea salt or black salt placed across doorways and windowsills. One of the oldest protective measures across every tradition.
• Black tourmaline or obsidian. Carry one or place near your sleeping area to absorb hostile energy.
• Cleanse your space. Burn frankincense, sage, or dragon's blood resin in every room, moving counterclockwise.
• Sever known connections. If you suspect a specific person, reduce or eliminate contact immediately.
• Do not attempt counter-attack without experience. Assessment first, action second.
